7 x 10 minute workouts, designed to give your legs & bum a fast and efficient workout. This workout is ideal for those short on time but need additional help with their seat effectiveness and leg position in the saddle - whether on the flat or jumping.
If you find your leg position is sometimes unstable, your lower leg is prone to slipping back or your heel is prone to creeping upwards - this is the ideal workout for you.
