Set to club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits, classes and events are held in a darkened room with party lights and our trademark LED glow sticks. Our easy-to-follow routines combine dance, toning and combat moves. All in your own living room so it doesn’t matter if you have 2 left feet!!!
